Fell asleep on it the first night. I put program 2 on, pulled a blanket over and fell asleep. It switches itself off, so no harm done. Best fifteen minutes of my day, honestly.

Fifteen minutes.
Your back lets go.

One program, no pushing, no rolling, no holding a stretch you hate. Lie down and the mat does the work — here's what happens, minute by minute.

  1. Minute 0–2 · Lie back, the first lift

Unfold it, head on the pillow, press start. The first chamber fills under your shoulders and the wave moves down: each chamber inflates, holds, lets go. Your back is lifted and lengthened in a way you simply can't do by yourself.

  2. Minute 2–6 · The stretch

Now the lower back and hips. The middle chambers rise together and everything that sat compressed all day gets room to open. This is the bit people buy it for.

  3. Minute 6–15 · Let go, then reset

Shoulders drop, jaw unclenches, breathing slows. The program eases off in long, slow cycles and warmth spreads through the back and hips. You get up looser than you lay down.

IS IT RIGHT FOR ME?

Made for the back
that sits all day.

You don't need to be flexible, sporty or in pain to use it. If you spend your day in a chair, a car or on your feet, this is the fifteen minutes that undoes it.

  • Lower back & hips

The middle chambers lift the lumbar curve and open the hips — the area that takes the load from sitting.

  • Neck & shoulders

The top chambers roll under the shoulder blades while the pillow keeps your neck relaxed and in line.

  • Sport & recovery

After a run, a ride or a long drive: program 6 and intensity 2 is what most customers settle on.

  • Before bed

Program 2, lights low. Fifteen minutes and the day switches off with the mat.

WHERE IT LIVES

Folds in three.
Stands next to the sofa.

Open, it supports you from the head pillow to the hips. Folded in three it stands next to the sofa or slides under the bed, and the pillow comes off for storage.

  • Folds in three

Out in two seconds and away in two seconds: fold it, stand it next to the sofa or slide it under the bed.

  • Removable pillow

The pillow lifts your head just enough while you lie down and comes off for storage.

  • Controller in its side pocket

The wired controller tucks into the pocket on the side of the mat, so nothing trails when it's folded away.

The comparison

Lie back.
The mat does the work.

Air compression stretching next to a basic foam mat — the three things that change.

Designed for healthy adults with tight or tired backs from sitting, standing, driving or sport. If you are pregnant, have had recent back surgery, a slipped disc, osteoporosis or any condition affecting the spine, ask your doctor first.

HOW DO I USE IT?

Three steps. No instructions you'll never read.

  1. Pick a program

Plug in, unfold, press the power button. Programs 1–3 are gentle waves for your first sessions; 4–8 hold longer and go deeper.

  2. Lie down and breathe

Head on the pillow, lower back over the middle chambers, knees bent if that feels better. Start on intensity 1 and let the mat set the pace.

  3. Fold and forget

Fifteen minutes later it switches off by itself. Fold it in three, stand it next to the sofa. Tomorrow, same time.

Finally something for my lower back
I sit at a desk nine hours a day and my lower back was a mess by the evening. I use program 3 for fifteen minutes after work and the difference is real. The chambers lift you in a way you can't stretch yourself.

Eight programs, I stick to number 5
Set-up took two minutes. I tried all eight programs the first week and now I just use number 5 on medium. My back feels looser the next morning, which is what I bought it for.

    Gentle enough for my mum
I bought it for myself and my mum, who is 71, uses it more than I do. Intensity 1 is gentle and she says her hips feel much freer. The buttons on the controller are big and clear.

Folds away next to the sofa
I live in a small flat and I worried about space. It folds in three and stands next to the sofa, so it's out in two seconds and away in two seconds. I use it while the kettle boils.

Part of the evening routine now
Fifteen minutes after dinner, every night. The dog lies next to me. It's quiet, the fabric feels nice and the programs are varied enough that it doesn't get boring.

The lift under the hips is amazing
The middle chambers inflate together and lift your hips off the floor. It opens everything up. I was sceptical about air compression but it feels like a proper assisted stretch.

Lie on it for 30 days. Risk-free.

If it doesn't earn its place next to your sofa, email us and we'll arrange collection and refund you in full — no restocking fee, no forms, no argument. Backed by a 12-month warranty on the pump, chambers and controller.

Questions? We have the answers.

How does it feel, how long should a session be, does it work for my back? Everything people ask before they order.
What does it actually feel like?
Like someone slowly lifting your back off the floor and holding it there. The chambers inflate one after another, so you feel a wave travel from the shoulders down to the hips, hold, and release. On intensity 1 it is gentle enough to fall asleep on. On intensity 3 it is a proper assisted stretch.
How long should a session be?
Plan around 15 minutes and the mat switches off by itself. Start with one session a day on intensity 1 for the first week, then go up if you want more. Many customers use it twice a day: once to loosen up in the morning, once to wind down at night.
Which program should I start with?
Program 1 or 2. They are slow waves that move through all seven chambers. Programs 4 to 8 hold longer under the lower back and hips and go deeper. Try them all in the first week and you'll find your favourite.
Does it need an app or batteries?
No. It plugs into the mains and you control everything from the wired controller: program, intensity and start/stop. Big buttons, nothing to pair, nothing to charge.
How big is it and where do I keep it?
Open, it supports you from the head pillow to the hips. Folded in three it stands next to the sofa or slides under the bed. The pillow comes off for storage.
